1) General
This tournament is a one-day international tournament in Warhammer 40k, which will be held on May 28th in Ljubljana, Slovenia, as a warm – up for september GT. The rules used are from the 9th Edition and the Nachmund: Grand Tournament 2022: Mission Pack, also known as "Chapter Approved". The tournament is hosted by the non-profit association Aemona Tournament Organisation in cooperation with Wargaming Slovenia Club on its premises. Tournament has 26 slots opened for players. If cap is met, we can open 4 more aditional slots!

Each player must ensure that he has the following items with him on the day of the tournament:
• Army as noted on the army list
• 2 printed army lists (one for yourself; one for the other player)
• Dice and tape measure
• 6 objective markers
• All rules relevant to your army (e.g.: rule book, codex, guess, FAQ, Forgeworld rules, etc.)
Participants who bring their rules in digital form must guarantee that the device is functional throughout the tournament.
2) Registration
Only those participants who have paid the full tournament fee to the account specified below and sent in a correct army list by the deadline of May 22, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. will get a fixed starting place.
Lunch is not included in the entry fee (15 eur / 12 eur for Wargaming Slovenia PLUS members). However, it will be ordered from a delivery service (you can write us e-mail and we can show you the offer of the lunch for the day so you can also pay it with registration).
Price: 15 eur / 12 eur (members of Wargaming Slovenia Club – PLUS) + 1 free drink (beer, ice tea, coca-cola,...)

3) Army List
An army consists of a maximum of 2000 points (task force), not a single one more and must be assembled according to the rules of the "Grand Tournament 2022 Mission Pack" 9th Edition.
All publications up to May 15th, 2022 are used
. Legends and index selections are not allowed .
The army list must contain the following:
• Listing of all contingents (max. 3)
• Listing of all units in the corresponding contingents
• List of all equipment that costs points or is optional
• Warlord including Warlord ability
• Warlord abilities bought by CP
• Psychic powers, prayers and similar options
• Free relic and
• Relics bought by CP
• Total command points
• Further upgrades by points or CP (eg: Exalted demons, character model upgrades, etc.)
The army list MUST reach us correctly by the deadline (e-mail rosz. File and tourney keeper). Early submission is highly recommended.
4) Tournament procedure:
Playing time per round is 3 hours, with 2 hours and 45 minutes being pure playing time and 15 minutes for follow-up and submission.

start Using a chess clock:
If one of the two players so desires, a chess clock must be used. This must be announced by the relevant player and he must also provide his own chess clock (mobile phone apps are not permitted). According to point 6, the time must be divided fairly between the two players. The time can always be passed on when the opponent takes an action (bans, saves, etc.). The time can only be interrupted when there are questions about the rules. Each player is responsible for their own time.
If a player runs out of time, he may only perform the following actions:
• Save rolls
• Morale tests
• Receive victory points for completed primary or secondary missions

7) Rating
The overall rating consists of 2 sections:
• Result of the 20 matrix (max. 60 points)
• Achievement at Painting (max. +10) The final

8) Painting success:
In order to receive points for academic success, the following criteria must be met:
• 3 colours minimum without base ( +3 points)
• 3 colours minimum with finished base ( +2 points)
• Parade ready armies (+1 – 5 points)
9) Design
There is no painting requirement at the tournament, even if 10 points are added for "Battle ready" for each game. The tournament is WYSIWYG. Alternate models are allowed as long as they match the base and model size of the original.
10) Prizes
At the end of the tournament prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
• Best Painted
